Redwood’s Growing Abilities Award

The Growing Abilities Award recognizes an individual and an organization on the cutting-edge of innovative, personalized care that helps individuals with distinct abilities shatter barriers. Redwood chose to honor Cincinnati Parks Foundation for investing more than $280,000 since 2020 into creating year-round inclusive programming. Through the “be.well” partnership with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital and the “Everybody in #CincyParks” program with Luke5Adventures, Cincinnati Parks Foundation is making sure parks are accessible to all. More than providing recreation, these programs give people with disabilities the opportunity to grow their self-esteem, build their physical strengths, and make meaningful connections with the outdoors.

On behalf of the Cincinnati Parks Foundation’s Board of Directors and team, thank you to Redwood for this distinguished award.
