Part of the Cincinnati Parks Foundation’s (CPF) mission is to activate parks across the city with community programming. As a result, the CPF Stewards of Burnet Woods have partnered with Clifton yoga studio, World Peace Yoga to bring a new wellness series to Burnet Woods. These classes are offered year-round and FREE to all.
Two yoga classes are offered, both are welcoming to beginners. Come move your body, breathe deeply, and relax. Ever notice how you feel better after spending a little time in the woods? Try the forest bathing class! Forest bathing describes a broad group of techniques with the intention of improving an individual’s mental or physical health, through sensory observations of forest surroundings.

Let the forest wash over all of your senses and enjoy walking meditation. Meet at Trailside Nature Center and end at the canopied tree by Millionaire’s Pavilion.
