DOG PARK COMING TO BURNET WOODS
Cincinnati Parks Board, University of Cincinnati students, and Clifton Pop-Up-Pup-Party are partnering to build a dog park in Clifton.
BURNET WOODS DOG PARK
The initial concept and enthusiasm for a space where dogs could safely play while owners have a place to comfortably socialize was brought to Cincinnati Parks Board from University of Cincinnati students. Clifton Pop-Up-Pup-Party (PUPP), mobile pop-up events in the neighborhood demonstrated further interest in a permanent parks feature, which would additionally draw more people into the park.
This project is partially funded by Cincinnati Parks Board. A community organization is currently raising funds to meet the budget requirements for this project.
As the independent philanthropic partner to Cincinnati Parks, we are managing the administrative end of this project on behalf of the organizers. Donations to this new park feature can be made here.
Please visit the Cincinnati Parks website for more details and a Q&A about this project.
