Cincinnati Parks + Rec for Wellness is more than a guide; it’s a movement that makes wellness easy, welcoming, and part of everyday life. In partnership with the Osher Center for Integrative Health at UC, Findlay Market, and others, we offer free or low-cost programs such as hiking, yoga, Tai Chi, skating, and access to fresh local food.

No matter where you are on your wellness journey, there is something for you right in your parks and recreation centers.
