Below is a list of current wellness programs in Cincinnati Parks and Rec Centers in neighborhoods across the city. Please sign a waiver (links below) before attending any hike or wellness, dance, skating or yoga class. Instructors and hiking leaders will also have waivers on site.

Hiking

Our Cincinnati Parks & Rec for Wellness hiking program is designed to inspired connection, wellness and exploration across Cincinnati Parks. With the leadership of community groups and volunteers, we are excited to offer 24 weeks of free hikes that bring neighbors together to experience the health benefits of nature. This program fosters community vibrancy, encourages active living and highlights the beauty of our local parks.

Wellness Classes

From yoga, roller skating, dancing and more, Cincinnati Parks & Rec for wellness is thrilled to offer a series of outdoor classes designed to help you move your body, boost your mood, and connect with your community. All are welcome—just show up and feel better in our parks!

Avondale

Ezzard Charles

Glenway

In partnership with the Price Hill Will Wellness Community Action Team (PHWCAT), enjoy free weekly wellness classes, open to all ages, in Glenway Park in East Price Hill. Classes run May 4 to October 26, 2025. In additional to professional instruction, each class may also include live music and post-class crafts and activities.

Classes include Zumba, interval cardio, ballroom dance, Latin dance, hip-hop step and yoga for both adults and children.

Each month, we will provide a new line up of classes and instructors.

Sawyer Point Riverfront Rink

Starting Saturday, May 17 through Sunday, November 2, Skate Downtown Cincinnati will provide kids dance, yoga and skating classes each week.

Wellness Programs

Free yoga in Cincinnati Parks

Stewards of Burnet Woods Wellness Series in partnership with World Peace Yoga

All levels welcome. Participants will enjoy free yoga classes, walking meditation and special seasonal events in Burnet Woods. This series is made possible by the Cincinnati Parks Foundation Stewards of Burnet Woods.

FREE Community Yoga (All levels) Saturdays 11–11:45 am

Burnt Woods yoga is year-round, May 1-Oct 14 at the bandstand and Oct 15 – April 30 at Trailside Nature Center.  Yoga at both locations takes place every Saturday at 11 and it lasts 45 minutes.
