THE HATS OFF LUNCHEON
A wonderful spring-time event, The Hats Off Luncheon is Cincinnati Parks Foundation’s largest and most exciting fundraiser. Created by The Women’s Committee of Cincinnati Parks in 2007, the Hats Off Luncheon quickly became one of the premier fundraisers in the city by attracting the support of top business and community leaders. Guests are treated to a champagne reception followed by a gourmet luncheon. To date, the event has raised more than $2.7 million in support of Cincinnati Parks.
HATS OFF AROUND THE WORLD; PARKS AROUND OUR CITY
This month, we hosted the Hats Off Luncheon Kick-Off to fill our Luncheon committees and announce this year’s theme. Get ready for “Hats Off Around the World; Parks Around Our City!”
With over 130 parks and greenspaces, Cincinnati Parks touch every neighborhood within the city of Cincinnati. Each neighborhood has its own communities, with rich traditions, celebrations and stories to tell. Embracing the mosaic that makes up our queen city, the 2020 Hats Off Luncheon pays respect to the cultures that make us unique, and the traditions that we share.
HOW YOU CAN GET INVOLVED
The Hats Off Luncheon is a HUGE undertaking and wouldn’t be possible without the help of our wonderful volunteers. The 2020 Hats Off Luncheon Co-Chairs, Pat Hinkley and Lindsay Wilhelm, invite you to join them on one of the following committees:

Solicit 2-3 personal contacts for sponsorship. Monthly lunch meetings Nov-Mar.

Plan a fun After Party at Anderson Pavillion. Meetings TBD.

Share names & addresses to invite to purchase host tickets. No meetings.
Chair: Meghan Covey, Tracy Vroom & Danyelle Wright
Help create the overall look, tone and feel for the Luncheon. Meetings TDB.
Volunteer & Logistics
Co-Chairs: Lisa Dir, Teddy Hobson, Marie McGaha & Christine Vollmer
Work on various projects on an as-needed basis Oct-May. “Come when you can, leave when you must.” You also have an opportunity to help plan the logistics of the Luncheon.
PR & Cultural Outreach
Chair: Janet Huston & Regina Russo
Create awareness and build excitement for HOL 2020. Identify international organizations within the Greater Cincinnati area. Monthly meetings Dec-Mar.
Entertainment/Cultural Pop-Up Boutique
Co-Chairs: Nidhi Bedi & Jackie White
Help plan the first-ever pop-up boutique by exploring different cultures through various accessories.
