Help Bettman Grow!
The Bettman Nature Preserve Advisory Council has partnered with Cincinnati Parks Foundation to conserve and enhance your Bettman Nature Preserve.
About Bettman Nature Preserve:
Located at 4 Beech Ln, Cincinnati, OH, 45208
Wooded acres on Beech Lane were donated to the Cincinnati Park Board in 1977 by Mrs. Arthur M. Bettman to preserve and perpetuate the existing natural beauty of the area’s magnificent and valuable trees, shrubs, flowers and other plantings. The Center was dedicated to Arthur M. Bettman, a respected business and civic leader, who served many years as President of Liberty Cherry Company. Bettman also has a small nature preserve that is wheelchair accessible.
The Bettman Natural Resource Center is home of Cincinnati Park’s Nature Education program and the park system’s library/archives. This is where Cincinnati Parks houses its rich collection of books and other materials regarding its history as well as nature education. The library and archives are open to the public by appointment; our volunteer staff is available on Mondays from 12 – 3 p.m.
