Wildlife on the Trails

Mt Airy Forest is home to a variety of beautiful birds. While on a hike you may not see these birds, but you’ll definately hear them. We’ve put together this list of birds with their picture and call. You know what Ohio’s state bird the Cardinal looks like, but do you know what they sound like? Click the play button beneath the bird’s name to hear their call.
