Healthy Living: A Different Kind of Muffin
Summer a great time to experiment with new foods and add to your growing library of recipes. Well, here’s another recipe to try out and store away for a muffin kind of day. Why settle for the simple blueberry, banana, or other sweet muffin treats when you can try something a bit more nutritious and satisfying? Do you have any fresh tomatoes and eggs lying around? Did you wonder how you’re going to use that pack of Parmesan cheese you spotted in the pantry last night? If you answered yes to any of these questions (and even if you didn’t), we have a great little treat for you!
Ingredients: Egg , Tomato and Parmesan muffin.
1 container of buttermilk biscuits
1 whole tomatoes sliced thin
1 cup Parmesan cheese
Take a muffin pan , line it with 1 biscuit, drop the egg inside, top with tomatoes and Parmesan cheese
Bake at 350° for 20 minutes
